"엄청 뜨고 싶었지, 저기 나 상관 없으니까, 내 퍼블리싱이랑 가져가, 어차피 나 그게 뭔지도 몰라

You know what I'm saying? Like just take my shit so I can have a video and songs on the radio, I'll figure it out later."

"And then the next album, I'll start and I'm like damn these checks ain't like the checks I'm used to niggas seeing. I'm not being able to get 4 or 5 cars or jewelry or things I wanted to get, so I'm like let me figure out what's the loophole in this shit. Why I'm not winning?"
"그리고 다음 앨범을 내고 나니까, 들어오는 수표가 이전에 보던 수표랑 다른 거 같은 거야. 차 4-5대 살 수 있는 돈도, 보석이나 갖고 싶은 물건 값도 안 되는거지, 그래서 막, 어디에 구멍이 뚫린거지? 생각하지. 왜 내가 잘 나가지 못하는 거지?"
"But isn't it crazy that it makes you question what kinda friends you had back then, because they weren't telling you how the business was running and they were just—"
"근데 그때 친구들이 어떤 사람들이었는지 생각하면 참 어이없지 않아? 비즈니스가 어땠는지 말해주는 사람도 없고-"
"See, that goes to show, maybe they wasn't never really my friends."
"그래, 그러니까 알 수 있는게, 내 친구 따윈 없지 않았나 하는 거지"
