Syre, 아름다운 혼란이여

The story of a boy who chased the sunset until it chased him
노을에게 되려 쫓길 때까지, 노을을 뒤쫓았던 소년의 이야기

Never quite sure about his placement
그의 자리에 대해서,
Or where he's been in this pink world
또 이 분홍빛 세상에 그가 지나왔던 곳에 대해서,
Or why nothing ever made sense
또 왜 아무 것도 앞뒤가 맞지 않는지에 대해서, 끝까지 확신할 수 없던
He knew that he had loved and had been loved
그는 사랑하고, 또 사랑 받았음을 알았지만
But had no chronological order to place it
시간적 순서를 정해두진 않았네

All he knew was that he woke up everyday
그가 아는 건 다만, 매일 그는 잠에서 깨어나
Bleeding with amnesia and the case of new memories
기억상실과, 픽션이라고 착각하곤 하는
That he had tendencies to mistake for fiction
새로운 기억들 속에서 피흘렸다는 것

So everyday he journeyed to the mountain to recover his past
매일 그는 자신의 미래를 이해하기 위해
In order to understand his future
과거를 발견하러 산으로 여행을 떠났네

She loves him but she eventually killed him
그녀는 그를 사랑했지만, 결국 그를 죽였지

Now listen, Syre was a mischief with a vision
자 들어봐, Syre는 비전 있는 장난꾸러기였네
But his most poetic trait was his wisdom
허나 제일 시적인 특성이라면 그의 지혜

His mind was as bright and as pink as the city that he lived in
그의 마음은 그가 살고 있는 도시만큼 밝고 분홍빛이었으며
And the only kids that could live in this bliss

버림 받은 이들, MSFTS 뿐이었지

Those were his companions

Even though they could never understand his struggles
이 척박한 땅에서 그가 겪는 고난을, 그들은 결코
Through these harsh lands
이해하지 못했지만
He gave them the upper hand of his emotional tantrums
그는 그들이 자신의 감정적 혼돈을 멋대로 하게 내버려두었네

What you didn't know is this young kid's been in limbo
네가 몰랐던 사실은, 이 어린 꼬마는 갈등 속에 있었다는 것
Since that gunshot wound on that hidden road
숨겨진 길에서 총에 상처를 입은 이후로
Lost, broken, invisible
헤매고, 부서지고, 보이지 않는 채로
But when that light gets low he's invincible
하지만 빛이 어두워지면 그는 무적이 돼

So much so, that he redefines inevitable, so it'll never go
그리하여, 그는 불가피한 것을 재정의해, 떠나지 않도록

Instead of setting slow
지지 않을 것처럼 보였네
